Air Shower

Air Showers quickly and effectively remove dust particles that will otherwise be carried into your Bio containment area.  The air is purified with HEPA filters and re – circulated through pre – filters within the unit.The air shower entry and exit doors are electronically interlocked . Airshower systems are made of 304/316 grade stainless steel and have smooth corners. It is designed in such a way to ensure that the lowest noise and vibration level is < 70 db

The personnel enter from the inlet door and waits within the unit for some time till the exit door opens. During this period the timer activates the blowers and the adjustable nozzles fitted in the ceiling and walls of the unit deliver filtered air jets at a velocity of Appx. 5000 FPM. Thus cleaning the  personnel or the equipment to be transferred to the restricted area.
